Monaco Villas was set up in 2005 by Trevor Gabriel. He had previously been a partner in a successful Monaco-based agency dealing in Monaco and South of France for 8 years and prior to that had been the Finance Director of a market-leading Yacht-broking group based in Monaco but with many offices elsewhere in the world.

The paramount Objective of Monaco Villas and its Corporate Culture is to serve our clients with Efficiency, Excellence and to give the Best and most Discreet Service available. This encompasses Courtesy, Speed of Response and minimal Time-Wasting by identifying and pre-selecting only those properties which are truly suitable, whether they are direct products or via other agencies.

Our brokers speak several languages (8 at the last count) in order that our clients feel they are being looked after by someone who understands their culture, or at least that has a broad enough experience to make the experience of identifying, visiting and then choosing a property a pleasurable and constructive one. Our agency is situated in the heart of Monte Carlo, 20 metres from the main shopping artery of Boulevard des Moulins, within a 5 minute walk from the Casino, Hotels de Paris, Hermitage and the Metropole.

Our Management Division is primarily involved in Property Management but also manages projects on behalf of clients whose busy schedules mean that they cannot realistically control their own projects. It is managed by a qualified lawyer, so that contracts, agreements and leases are prepared in a competent and correct manner which demands minimum intervention by the client's own lawyers. We also have a sister company, Yachting Riviera (www.yachtingriviera.com), a Monaco-based yacht sales and charter brokerage, which can service the marine-related needs of our clients.
