We also recommend clients as to which notary might be the most appropriate for conveyance purposes, which depends on the property location, its ownership structure and the desirability of creating a new structure given the current laws and taxes, as well as the changes to them which are anticipated.

Finally we can recommend on issues such as insurance, which often needs to be tailor-made with respect to the location, condition and works to be performed on the property in question and the potential inherent risks.
